Reservation and confirmation
Dates are secured only once the booking agreement is signed and the initial payment has cleared.
The booking is exclusive-use, meaning the full property is reserved for one party under one contract.
A named lead guest is responsible for compliance, guest conduct, and any chargeable damages.
